Cancellation and Refund Policy
For subscribers who receive a discount by prepaying for the program, the subscription is non-cancelable and non-refundable. However, prepaid subscribers may transfer their membership to another individual, provided the replacement meets the program’s eligibility criteria and the transfer is approved in writing by the program administrator. No refunds will be issued for prepaid subscriptions under any circumstances.
Prepaid subscribers will retain full access to all program content for the duration of their 12-month subscription term, as well as for an additional six months following the end of that term.
For month-to-month subscriptions, subscribers may cancel their membership at any time with 90 day notice by providing written notice of cancellation. To initiate cancellation, notice must be submitted by the 15th day of the month to be effective for that month; otherwise, the cancellation will take effect the following month. A rolling 90-day notice period is required, meaning the subscription will remain active and billing will continue for 90 days from the date the cancellation notice is received.
